Great location right beside Jolimont Metro Station Large rooms Old design and tired-looking basic rooms. Fully equipped kitchen Air conditioning was off and could not be turned on. The Check-in staff was extremely uninterested and seemed bored od her life. No welcome drink was provided for loyalty members No upgrade to the next tier room was given despite availability. Small bathrooms No toiletries.

Nice concept but some small issues

Very good position, close to Metro and bus station. Not far from city center. Not so much shops around but food can be orderd by a dedicated pc in the hotel. Hair dryer was missing in the room and the soap dispenser almost empty, so I was forced to ask for everything at the reception. Room was clean but noisy (mainly due to kitchen air extraction and no possibility to close the kitchen shutter since broken). Good support from receptionists, very kind persons. Good breakfast even if pretty monotonous.

Nice and warm welcome at the reception. Ok the bathroom was a bit small, and the building is a bit old. On the 7th floor I had an amazing view over TLS.

Apartment was in an okay location but I was on the ground floor and the smell was horrible. Strong cigarette and garbage smell coming from the bin room and a bit too pricey for what the room was. Day time staff was helpful but not night
