We checked in, went to our room on the 5th floor. The next day the elevator shut down. We were there for two weeks. No elevator. Ten minutes before we checked out after carrying three fifty pound suitcases down five flights of stairs, we discovered the elevator up and running with one last and fourth fifty pound suitcase to check out with. The room was fine. It was clean enough on arrival. Everything worked. We had fresh towels when needed/wanted. Front desk associate Vincent extended breakfast to us for one day as well as offering us 10% off the two extra days we needed to stay. The carpet on our floor needs to be replaced. The moment our elevator door opened on our first night, it was quite apparent too much activity had taken place on that floor. The finest aspect of this hotel along with it's proximity to everything one would need to take advantage of Nice is the staff. The entire staff from management to housekeeping were exemplary of aware professionalism. Always polite, courteous, helpful and personable. Kudos to Daniel, Tatiana, Paul, Timi, Mickey, Vincent and the entire staff. Thank you for making our stay as relative to our needs as possible.

I have been staying with ACCOR group for more than 10 years. This is the worst property even in which I have stayed. I have stayed in IBIS STYLES which is considered as the least excpensive brand and I am mentally prepared on the expectation from it. But the presentation of this property on the website is completly different and mis leading. Most disaapointing - KITCHEN - Kitchen amenities and facilities means complete kitchen facilities but - 1. Dishwasher was missing 2. Coffee Machine but no coffee capsules AIRCONDITIONING - There was no AIRCO. It was only Central heating. When I called the reception on the 1st night that its very hot and the Airco is not working, the guy said the central AIRCO system is not working that night. Next morning When I asked again what is the status, they said there is no AIRCO and its only heating system. If you need cold air, then please open your windows. Disapponting part - they expect the guest to open the window and sleep at night wherein anyone - person or insects or animals can enter teh apratment then. 3. BED -Legs of the BED were not installed properly or was broken. We complained about the same. Someone came but no changes. 2nd time the person came when were checking out. 4. BREAKFAST - Please dont give this type of pathetic breakfast even for free. This is really disappointing. Summary - this property shouldnt be a part of ACCOR Group or please correct the presention of this property.

Friendly, helpful staff. The room was clean and reasonably roomy. The hotel is a little 'tired' in places, but considering the price and location (on the #2 Tramline), quite a bargain. If we return to Nice we will definitely be opting to stay here again.

Good location but small and very old Facility and not heating System. Very could and catch cold and charged two times
