location is 5 min walk from train station. room size is fine, equipped well, but not maintained well. most of furniture broken (or about to be). shower barely give water jet. trash bin was not empties during all 3 days...

I will never stay in this hotel, and I will never suggest to my friends. The hotel has lack of cleaning, lack of heating, lack of hot water, lack of english speaking staff and all facility smells like toilet.

We stayed in an apartment, which was big enough for our family. The staff was very friendly and the location was also great with good transportation available. However, our booking was cancelled on the day of travel as my bank declined the auto payment due to security. Upon ringing the Hotel, the booking was reinstated. In terms of cleanliness, the apartment was cleaned to a satisfactory level although the bathroom tap drain was quite slow. Overall, a good experience of stay with the family and would definitely recommend.
