We enjoyed our stay at your hotel recently. Staff were very helpful, smart and pleasant. We have booked again and look forward to seeing the staff again. The room was comfortable clean and fresh. The bathroom was clean with lovely fluffy towels. Just lacked an illuminated mirror in the bathroom.View management response »

This excellent hotel is well placed, a short drive from the north shore of the Humber bridge. The restaurant is good but there are other places to eat in walking distance. It's a short drive to Hull & Beverley. Staff are very friendly & always happy to help. It's well known locally as a wedding/party venue, though the rooms are well insulated from any disco noise.View management response »

At first sight the hotel seems to be in an un-prepossessing location. However, once we had passed through a business park with a major supermarket, we found tranquil gardens and the warmest of welcomes.The major feature of the hotel is the fact that it is staffed, without exception, by genuinely nice and helpful people. I booked it via A-Club and there it was mentioned that wifi was free within the rooms as well but that was not the case. Not only that but i couldn't have a stable connection in the lobby as well. The charge was 25pounds for internet per day. The breakfast options were limited and poor.View management response »

We wanted a hotel near Hull and Beverly and this location was perfect for a couple of days whilst we scuttled around doing family reearch. The offer price meant it was such good value - cheaper than 'traditional' hotels around. Bathroom was a bit dated-looking, but fully functional and the room was modern and clean. Great hotel with friendly staff, very good value. Delicious breakfast. I would recommend the family room which was spacious. Not a place you would pick for a weekend away but for doing a local bike race it was more than adequate.View management response »
