The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. The restaurant offers choice and nicely cooked food at reasonable cost. For a hotel with pool and leisure facilities the rates are extremely reasonable. The room was in need of a little refreshing, paint and tiles a bit jaded, however the bed was very comfortable and they offered decaf financed teas and coffees as part of the complimentary room facilities. Overall good value.
the hotel is very good and friendly with the staff and the rooms are kelped clean if there one thing i would say could be better and that is a fridge in the rooms as i do like to have a cold drink during the night

The Hotel was very busy on the night of our stay so we couldn't get in the restaurant. We ate in the bar which was OK if a bit drafty. The room (standard double) was fine, the bed was great, but the pillows were a bit hard but slept well enough. The bathroom probably needs to be updated in the next year or so. The view from our room was of the garden. Breakfast was a standard buffet, there wasn't much room (too many tables), and some of the food was not as warm as it should have been but by and large the breakfast was OK. Overall if you are visiting the area the hotel offers value for money.

I have stayed here many times and it doesn't change, the rooms are average the food is average and the service average. I had to go find someone to serve me at the bar for an expensive glass of wine (could of bought a bottle for the same price) and the bar was smelly and dirty.
