We stayed there only 1 night on October 9th to the 10th,2023 and I have to say all the staff and service and I mean everyone was impeccable! You felt like royalty staying here even if your not🤴🫅The day manager sorry to say I didn’t get he’s name, who wore glasses with like a wooden arms was so helpful in directing us around town and to the ancient old town. The night manager checking us in she was right on top of things. The 2 day clerks were so friendly and absolutely beautiful especially Lotti the one with her blue eyes and smile. Wish I was forty years younger, oh well. Anyone visiting Guiyang should treat themselves to the Pullman hotel they will not be disappointed! Respectfully, Robert Klein Colorado USA Rkleinsr@ me.com

No service awareness in this hotel. Bad fruit offered. the breakfast was competitive compared to the same level hotels.
