Just spent three fabulous days in the mountains at The Fairmont Leura. The resort is magnificent and the staff absolutely brilliant. They couldn't do enough to help ensure you had the best time. The resort itself is the starting point for several amazing bush walks into the valley. We will certainly return.

« Exceptional stay »

This is the third stay at this resort. It seems to get better each stay. The service was spot on. There were 4 choices where to eat at the resort. We loved Embers with the open fire place where kids could toast marsh mellows and we enjoyed the buffet dinner and breakfast. The room was great large with a balcony overlooking the mountains. We are already looking at another holiday at the Fairmont. Loved the cinema - and the walks around the grounds.

« Superb location to visit the Blue Mountains »

Excellent place to stay while visiting the Blue Mountains, the buffet breakfast was top quality with views over the mountains. The staff were very helpful when I left my phone charger behind in the room. The Concierge was great with local knowledge

« Good Weekender if you don't eat there »

Spent a weekend at the Fairmont. Accomodation very nice, staff friendly, facilities really good . overall a big improvement since new management. Only caution is the on site Embers restaurant - where the food is over priced and under whelming. All dishes were trying to be way to 'gourmet" and were simply not very nice at all.. especially as dinner for 4 ran to over $230. Great accommodation but eat elsewhere.

Overall the hotel is very comfortable. Our stay was half business and half pleasure so it was lovely that you can seamlessly combine the two! It is a shame that the bar is no longer in the original space in front of the iconic fireplace with that amazing view. The staff overall were very friendly and efficient. I was disappointed that when asked for a late checkout the lady at reception was a little cutting with a NO! I only wanted an hour and as a Accor member I have a right to ask! The food was overall very good. But the best was the lovely gentleman who helped with the luggage on departure, he only works weekends there but he was so nice. We departed with a smile on our face!
