Stayed just one night, The hotel is nice and the rooms are spacious, but one improvement needed is to keep the room ventilated even during vacant periods as it took more than 2 hours for the room to reach a comfortable temperature since the time i occupied it (the AC blower was working but extremely low even at higher fan setting). The Break fast at the restaurant was excellent and spread was catering to all taste buds.

Dated and fundamental floors but good size main bed

Stayed in the suite having booked two adults, a 5 year old and a baby. Only one bed was made up. When we got house keeping to make up the sofa bed the first attempt had blood spots and a blood streak on it. Second attempt was fine (didn’t take long to come and replace). There was no individual control over the lights in each room - either all or nothing for both rooms! This was highly unusual. This was particularly frustrating with a child sleeping in the room with the sofa bed who likes a night light but also to try and settle the baby whilst others were in the other room was difficult. One light in the main room was attached to the circuit of the other room! This is mind boggling stupid electrics! Not even the lamp was separate. Very disappointing. One would have expected a separate control switch! Ended up with the little toilet light on with door open a bit to let a streak of light into the room. The towel rail above the bath was loose which is disconcerting, especially when bathing! The suite size was a nice size and the room service food was good quality despite a very small menu (and high prices). No USB sockets in the room was old fashioned. The separate toilet as you come in was separate to bathroom which has obvious pros but would have been handy for another toilet in the en-suite too.

My stay was comfortable. Great location. Just a three minute shuttle from where we landed at CDG. It’s just a minute from the next stop /terminal and you can get the train to the Eiffel Tower from the station there. The hotel reception/ lobby is nicely presented. Liked the bar area. Friendly service and welcoming. The bed was so comfy and soft; the room was reasonably clean and serviced. Loved the shower and the amenities. The areas for improvement: the lady at reception told me there would be work next door my room so I should expect noise. There was indeed some noise on my first day, which I would have preferred not to have had to deal with. Then, there was a huge unsightly stain on the carpet as we entered the room. I was scared to take my shoes off. Looked like someone had been sick and as though bleach had been applied unsuccessfully. The bathroom was separate and on the other side of the room from the sink so you had to use to bathroom and couldn’t wash your hands without opening the door and walking to the other side. Not exactly sanitary. They’re were coffee sachets and sugar but no creamer or milk so couldn’t use them. Then the biggest downer was that I chose this hotel over Hilton because it had a pool. However, after we arrived and booked in, we were told the pool was not open for our entire stay! That was such a let down. We should be told before booking. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay for the comfort of the bed and the air quality in the room was good. I may come again if the spa is open and if better quality rooms were provided.
