The Hotel was in a perfect location for our requirements, the staff from the Receptionists, young men who parked the car and took the luggage to our room and the bar staff were very friendly and genuine. This made for a very lovely two nights in the Pullman and will definately return.View management response »

"Comfortable, clean and central"

The Pulman was the choice for a one night stay in Auckland city for a quick getaway, it was, as usual ,lovely and the breakfast the following morning excellent. Recommended to travellers visiting Auckland.View management response »

"Not our best experience"

From the moment we arrived to check in my partner and felt that the staff were not friendly and very abrupt. We put this down to the fact that they were fully booked and probably very busy.The kingsize bed in our room was two beds pushed together and as a result we did not have a good nights sleep. When we went down to breakfast the next morning the staff member at the counter shoved a card at me to fill out without even looking up from what he was doing. It was only when another staff member came to escort us to a table that I was able to ask if we could order cooked meals from the menu. We have stayed here before and enjoyed the experience but I have to say that this stay was not our best experience. We have stayed in quite a few hotels since joining Accor in both the North and South Island and also in Brisbane, Australia over the last 12 years that I have been a member and this was our worst experience.View management response »
