Water leak in the room. Have been waked up at 04 AM. When explaining it at the front desk, no apologies, no thanks to get the info the leak and of course I paid the full price. One think sure I will never use Accor hotel in this town.

I was on a business trip. The hotel is sufficient for 2/3 days. They should check the pipes as the bathroom smells very bad. A gym would be appreciated.

Food , service quality are really not satisfactory. A huge effort from employees and management is required to meet ibis hotel expectations. It’s a pity as the personnel is otherwise kind … but just not at the good level

Something is wrong there with the sewer pipes the rooms smell like Kacka. Not a nice place to be.
