We thoroughly enjoyed out family holiday at the Sofitel Sanya Leeman Resort. Such a huge complex with alot to explore and do - so many pools and designed so that it was easy to find your own space. The rooms (Deluxe Room, twin beds), were spacious and well appointed - always plenty of water left for us, rooms serviced very efficiently, room service on the occasion we used it was timely and well organised. We used the Executive Lounge alot - they offered a really good range of food and beverages, and changed due to the time of day (breakfast, lunch/afternoon tea, canapes/cocktails). The lounge was very busy and well used by guests, however the team in the lounge tidied and turned tables around super efficiently and were so helpful. Whilst I complement everyone working in the lounge, Rita was particularly excellent, recognising and remembering us and anticipating our needs so well. She was very very helpful, efficient and really pleasant. We stopped by on the way to checking out for a coffee, and she had already prepared my account, so we could check out there instead - magical! Would definitely come back to the Sofitel, really enjoyed the facilities, and the team/staff were all helpful and pleasant, from the reception staff, to the restaurant staff and everyone else we came across in the resort. 😊

Beautiful resort! concierge guy Kroeger was super friendly and helped us with everything. -He also speaks English which was great! So make sure to find him😎 In all, the staff and service was superb.

The hotel latest improvements (Swimming pools and kids programs) are making the hotel more and more family friendly which is exactly what I'm looking for when we're spending holidays. I recommended your hotel to some of my friends already. A few suggestions for future consideration: - A bigger warm swimming pool, maybe on the swimming pool close to the beach - A club option including buffet in the afternoon, similar as what Shangrila has
