« Room conditions are lacking! »

Check In process was hassle free but that was the calm before the storm. What ensued was multiple room changes for my friends for which left me embarrassed and guilty as I was the one who recommended to stay in this hotel. My room was not without flaw, a missing door latch, which both me and my spouse had decided to ignore but a malfunctioning air con at my friend's room meant they had to call for maintenance to come by. They tried to solve it but we decided to ask for a room change as the problem did not seem resolved. This first room change brought my friends into a room with a strong smell left by someone smoking in the room. We went back to reception to request a second room change as it was the smell was unbearable. The hotel acceded to the request for a second room change but this room had a furniture missing. We went back to the reception to inform them of the missing furniture only to have them inform us that the room was facing a club and would be quite noisy at night. We politely requested a second time to have a room change only to be informed that there are no other rooms available and that 15th floor and above are reserved for members only. I was appalled and infuriated but quickly informed them that I was a member too and had used my membership to book the stay. We were then told to come back in the evening to see if there were any vacancies. Evening came and we promptly headed to the reception and asked if there were rooms available. We were then given a room on the 15th floor. Entering the room, we could still smell a hint of cigarette smell but decided it was too troublesome to go through another room change again. To be honest, I really want to thank the service staff for being so patient and understanding to constantly accommodate to our request for the room changes but I really feel that the room maintenance should do a better job as the hotel is still quite new but defects and problems are already surfacing.

« Nice hotel good location, nice pool for the kids, breakfast buffet could be better »

First time staying in this property. Liked the location. Travelled with kids and friends. Pool was good for the kids. Breakfast buffet could be better and the shower stalls could have been a little cleaner.

« safety »

The door latch of the room was broken and was offered to change room. But the new room given the safe box was unable to use showing "error" Have informed reception 2 times about the safe box but it was not rectify.

« Hardly can swim in swimming pool ! »

The hotel management should advise hotel guests on proper swimsuit protocol. Found many guests with shirt and shorts playing in the pool. The pool is crowded most of time, cannot really swim with kids jumping around in the pool. The toilet is room is smelly, ventilation is poor. Breakfast variety is getting lesser, getting worse as compared to our previous visit in Jan'17.
