Wonderful experience again. Our second visit to this resort. We arrived earlier and greeted by hotel staff. They were all wonderful, helpful with warm hospitality. Staff Nina we met was exceptionally nice. She offered us early check-in and late check-out. Wherever we met her, she showed her impeccable hospitality. At the breakfast time, she kept offering us good coffee/tea. This hotel has a spectacular view of the mountains. The Higher Room Restaurant is by the swimming pool and stunning view. Food in both in-house restaurants offer delicious food. Certainly, we do look forward to revisiting this resort in the near future

It's a beautiful hotel, even during Thailand's hot season. It's not far from the city center, and the rooms are spacious and clean. The beds are very comfortable, and all amenities are provided. The breakfast options are varied, and our daughter really likes this place, Every staff member takes good care of us. Definitely back to stay again.

The staff at verandah high were very attentive, whether at the pool side, at breakfast, hiring bikes or organising taxi transfers. The shuttle into Chiang Mai was an added surprise so we could enjoy the night markets. A special call out to Nina who always took time to chat and share about Thailand and culture, food and way of life.
