Room was clean and well maintained. It would have been helpful if the sofa bed had been pre made as we were short on time but that’s the only point to note. Good location

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room comes with a kitchen, there’s a kettle, a microwave and even a small stovetop. The location is amazing since it’s super close to the train and coach stations and you can reach many things by walking distance. The view from the window was also incredible!

I highly recommend this place in Birmingham, located right in the heart of underground bars and clubs. Despite its central location, it surprisingly offers a quiet and peaceful environment. During my stay, I met some wonderful people, each with their unique stories. The lady at the reception desk (I forgot her name, unfortunately) was exceptional and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The rooms have everything one may need, including a kitchen to prepare meals, and there's also a small tuck shop downstairs with everything you may need. I couldn't have been happier with my stay here.
