"helpful staff"
24th February 2013, none666, Worcester, United Kingdom
Good price.I arrived early and the staff were very helpful in finding me a room to check in at noon. Room I booked was as a single but did have a double bed which was good. Room very clean and quiet.

"Nice touch"
7th February 2013
Not the first time that I stayed here for business. Ideal location in walking distance (10min) to Covent Garden, prices still affordable for London. Small but decent rooms since the renovation. Nice touch this time: received a small gift basket with chocolates and wine. Will be back soon...

This is my fave hotel in the area. Super nice staff. Brekky on the pricey side but good if it's included in the room rate. Free internet is good, but you need to log in each time you open your device which is a pain.

Nicely renovated hotel in a popular area. Close to two subway stations, on a bus route, and within walking distance of several attractions such as the British Museum and Covent Garden. Staff super friendly and helpful.

"A great stay in London"
19th December 2012, Roslyn R, Canberra
With a convenient location in my favourite part of London, well-equipped room and a fantastic breakfast, what's not to like! The staff are friendly and helpful and made me a cup of tea while I waited for the room to be ready, which was much appreciated. I'll make this my London hotel from now on.

Excellent location, 5 mins to British Museum, 15 mins to Covent Garden, Tube just around the corner. Plenty of restaurants in the immediate area. Staff were extremely helpful, room was good, extremely clean, shower great and bed comfortable.

"Hotel near British Library worth considering for a London stay"
10th December 2012, keitharrowsmith, sheffield
This is a hotel on the main route between the main railway stations Euston / St Pancras / Kings Cross, and Aldwych, between Russel Square and Holborn. In the heart of Bloomsbury, its near the British Museum, and a short walk to the shops at the Brunswick Centre and Covent Garden. The hotel is in an old property, but the rooms are modern and cosy (not spacious). A lift serves all floors. Plenty of staff gave a very friendly face to this property. Free wifi, good quality breakfast, well equipped rooms.I stayed in a room that did not overlook the main road, with a double glazed window. Not disturbances from outside at all. Some internal noise, with older internal doors allow sound to seep in from the short corridors. In this price band, its one I'd consider revisiting.

"One night stay"
8th December 2012, Pjmillward, Paris, France
This was a great experience at a reasonable price. its location was not ideal for my needs, but it is close to a tube station and with easy access to main line stations so good enough. It was surprisingly quiet given its location.

"pleasant stay in a good location"
20th November 2012, Rosamond M, Leeds
The hotel is just by Russell Square Station and not far from Holborn tube station. The staff were very helpful. I appreciated the welcome gift pack on this occasion- drink, fruit and crisps. I found the hotel very quiet and very conducive to a good night's sleep.
