"Comfortable place to stay"

My children love this hotel becouse of the pool, although small it has a deck around it and all rooms face out on to it. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Our room was small, but comfortable. Although there was only one chair for a room to accomodate 3.

We had a 2 night stay at this hotel and were happy with the service and amenities provided. It is an older building so some of wear and tear is evident eg stains on carpets. We have generally found that the IBIS brand provides good value for money both overseas and locally,as was the case again.The hotel is situated on the highway, within an easy walk to the CBD shops. Because of inclement weather we did not use the hotel's outdoor pool although it looked very inviting. You would need transport to get to the beaches from here. Our room (No.20), which faced the highway, was clean and tidy and included a standard Queen bed plus a single. No traffic noise entered the room. However, the hotel lift next to our room did create some noise from the lift doors opening and closing but there was not enough lift traffic at night to disturb sleep. All staff were friendly and helpful and interested in your activities for the day. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant and again got good value for money. A continental breakfast was included in our booking. The food was good quality and plenty of it. We would stay there again if in the area.

This motel is in an excellent location, easy to find, walking distance to shops and restaurants. Rooms are modern, comfortable, spacious and clean. Nice pool outside room. Reception staff was very helpfull and friendly. Motel is on the highway but there was no traffic noise at all. Will stay again next time in Warrnambool
"A good place for a stopover"

We stayed here one night as a place to break up our trip. The Hotel was clean and spacious although the place was a bit dated. It probably needs a face lift but apart from aesthetics our stay was pleasant. The hosts are pleasant and location is really handy, with only a short walk to the main street and beach.

This hotel was of average standard and the same price as another hotel I normally stay in an was much lower quality.I would not stay here again nor recommend it to any friends. The main reason I stayed here was because the normal hotel was booked out and I am an Accot member so receive a reduced price

Lots of work needs to be done by new owners here to bring this place up to scratch. Rooms good but rest still in 1970. Excellent food in Steak restaurant but decor trapped in 1970. Owners very friendly and helpful but there is a huge amount to be done.

A somewhat 'tired' hotel in the process of changing owners. New owners seem keen and should rejuvinate the accommodation... still good value for money and the service is friendly. Room was spacious and clean. Car parking was adequate and the location was excellent re access to the city/CBD/restaurants etc

We stayed two nights. Unfortunately this business was in the process of changing ownership when we stayed there so therefore a real shake up will no doubt take place. It was unusual to only have a poor continental breakfast offered, no hot breakfast offered on weekends. Ideal location for the main street of Warnnambool, Excellent steaks on the main menu. Kelly was a well informed staff member in the Restaurant.
