This is our 3rd time/year staying @ Ibis Insadong. We like the location as it's walking distance to 2 stations + Ikseongdong / Bukchon / Samcheongdong & is quiet for our stay. Front desk staffs are all very friendly, patient & helpful. Rooms are also pretty clean except the bathrm abit smaller but is quite std for Ibis. The only issue we faced for this trip was we did not request for room cleanup but the staff actually went into our room on our 2nd last day to make up our room (not sure miscommunication or ??). Anyway thanks for making our stay a pleasant & memorable one 🥰

Whilst not the largest of rooms all facilities functioned well. Hot bath in basement area was a pleasant surprise- extra large,,,, modern and well built. Accor members can stretch checkout time to 3pm with no charge-- great for night flights.

Friendly helpful hotel staffs and room are clean. Opposite hotel, walking across the road is Ikseon-dong Hanok Village. The most “instagrammable” place.
