"Great New Establishment"

The staff were very informative apon arrival and friendly as well as helpfull. The room was excellent and well worth it. We enjoyed our stay and would be more than happy to book here again in future. Whilst we didn't get to experience all the services of the Mecure, we are looking forward to trying them on our next visit.

"great stay as always"

great service as always,food terrific,always look forward to staying!we missed breakfast and the gentleman gave us back some money to go and buy breakfast in town...it was our fault we missed it...due having travelled in Europe the past month..all had breakee till 10.30am or even later..so we just assumed....he gave us great customer service...lovely people...thank you Marg Rybka

"Consistently Good"

It was nice to have a capital city quality hotel in a regional centre. We stayed there on the way to and from Adelaide as Horsham is the half-way point from Melbourne. Parking is off street, staff were friendly, rooms clean, spacious, and comfortable.

"Recommend Mecure Horsham"

The good points include :)+ located within walking distance of city+ clean room+ plenty of parking+ efficient friendly staffRoom for improvement :I- safe wasn't working (but staff repaired when asked to)- hard to get to refridgerator, either fridge door or cupboard door needs to be hung from opposite side- providing covered and secure parking would be a great improvement, as would a lift to the top floor

"A haven in Western Victoria"

For travellers driving to Adelaide from Melbourne or Gippsland, Horsham is an ideal place to break the trip and the Mercure Hotel is the best value accommodation in the town. Friendly staff deliver first-class service.

"Good clean option - but not if you have much luggage"

We quite liked this property apart from two things:1. It's on the main road (so you really want a back room)2. Most rooms are upstairs, there's no lift and it's a sizeable stair case.We had a bunch of luggage with us and getting it up and down the stairs was painful. Same opinion was being expressed by other people in the stairwell.Restaurant is simple but effective. Rooms are tidy and clean. Bathroom was excellent - shower, etc. were effective and spacious.

"After a BUSY day!"

After a pretty long drive for business, there's nothing better than checking in to my room, equipped with very modern and comfortable ammenities. The rooms are an excellent size, with a good sized desk for catching up on work duties.The restaurant has some tasty items on it's menu, but I find it just as easy to take a short walk to one of many pubs/restaurants in the main street. Thoroughly recommend!

"Modern property, great location..."

This property is clearly a brand new property, with ample parking, and modern room facilities, you can see that the time and effort has been spent at the development stages to get this property right from the word go. The beds were comfortable, and the rooms were well appointed for a Mercure property. All in all a great property, and very close to the heart of Horsham...

"good hotel in country town"

we stopped over en route to melbourne.a relatively new hotel,clean,friendly.large well appointed rooms.quiet.ate in restaurant.,not so good!main serve(allegedly scotch fillet)was a large undercooked chunk of very unattractive meat!!This item was taken off bill.cocktail bar had neither gin,or vodka!!breakfast was just ok.

I found the Staff (Marcus-Manager) to be a delight and extremely helpful and friendly. nothing you ask is a hassle and make you feel at home. great and prompt service and quick check in and out. It is my home away from home. Highly recommended Hotel.

Good location just off main Adelaide to Melbourne route so quiet good for sleepingRooms are good size and clean, service was excellen. Car parking was a little way from rooms but not a major issue. Reception staff pleasant and helpful

As expected from this establishment, everything was ready for us and check in was very quick. Room was quiet and we had a gerat night.. Highly recommended and is our only place to stay in Horsham.
