"Great hotel in Berlin"

We selected this hotel via the Internet, without really knowing the area. In retrospect, staying at Alexanderplatz working out really well. We were close to the Hbf train station, as well as good access to the U-Bahn. The location is across the main Strasse from the gain station, just follow the tram line.Alexanderplatz is one of the main Christmans markets, so we were able to enjoy Gluhwien within two minutes walk.Checkpoint Charlie was only a few stations away on the U-Bahn , as was the Brandurnburg Gate.

This hotel was well situated and provided excellent value for money.It was very busy at breakfast, catering for a diversity of customers.It was very clean and the tea and coffee in the foyer where a nice touch

This hotel is located right in the Alexanderplatz area. There are many eating places and public transportation just outside the hotel. We were given a few bottles of water upon check-in. The breakfast is very good with much to choose from. The room is spacious. Only drawback is we weren't able to log into the computer near the reception.

"An average hotel"

An average hotel with many problems: Small room, no interesting common space (e.g. garden etc), no adequate ventilation in WC, nothing important in the service/cleanliness. Main advantage: its location near Alexander platz.

"do'nt ask for clean sheets"

We were rudely told by the cleaning staff member that we could not have clean sheets on our second day and sent a junior off to report our request to the office. When we managed to see the a Manager later in the day, he was most unhelpful. after our 3 day stay, we arrived at breakfast 10 minutes early on our way to catch the early train to Basel. Even though the Breakfast was all prepared and the staff were waiting, we were refused entry and we had to leave even without a cup of coffee even though we had paid for the breakfast. After staying in Accor hotels over the past 25 years, this one tops the list for rudeness and total lack of co operation

Therefor we only underline, that the buffet may not be prepared completely.What I am just wondering about is the information, that you spoke to the "manager"regarding this fact, but I - as Residence Manager - did not have any appointment regarding this matter during the previous days, neither also our Rooms-Division-Manager.As it is not possible for us to contact you, maybe you would me a direct information with the details, I could verify the situation.We apologize for any inconvinience caused and hope to may welcome you again and showing you our real hospitality.With kind regardsOliver MachledtResidence Manager

"Nice and cheap hotel"

City center located, very clean and cheap. Wonderful breakfast for such money =) A bit noisy in the street (because of street construction works).

Very friendly staff, good location walking distance to Alexanderplatz station (40 minute train ride from Schonefeld Airport). All inclusive nature of pricing very good (continental breakfast, wifi, sweet basket and gift bag containing bottle of water and other small items). Would stay again.

A very convenient hotel for early morning flights. Very close to railway station for airport express. Breakfast served from 6-30am. very helpful reception. Tip - make sure get location map from website as the street did not appear on any of the maps we had with us.

We traveled wit a boy aged 10 and grandparents.The hotel is situated in the cery centre of Berlin, very compettitiley priced.The emplees are very friendly, breakdast is very good. The rooms are very clean. They change sheets every day. They even kept our luggage because we were leaving late at night.Congratulations to all. We had a wonderful time.

"Great basic hotel"

Hotel is great value for money. Very clean and bright. Beds very comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was brilliant and free wifi much appreciated. Hotel is located in an area well served by public transport and super easy to get to from txl airport.

All Seasons Alexanderplatz is 4 star hotel, however in my opinion it's overrated. I think it's 1 star hotel, maybe 2 star. Everything is very poor and basic. The hotel has 2 great advantages - it's cheap and in very good location, just 100 meters from Alexanderplatz.Staff was ok.
