Excellent swimming pool. Nice bar area. The hotel room had no view at all and was small but the bathroom was smart and clean. Unable to get into the room before 2pm, which was a little disappointing as some hotels can allow this.

Novotel London Blackfriars: 2.0 out of 5 stars "poor service"

The hotel has a good location and plenty of potential, nice spa area, interesting and pleasant design. I encountered problems with the staff being rude and seemed annoyed when asking for the toiletries which should have been available in the executive room. Reception staff also non professional and arrogant.
