Stayed 4 nights, asked 3 times for clean towels. Had 1 change of towels

We left towels on shower floor to be changed but they weren't. There was actually no evidence of a cleaner. Finally got clean towels on Sunday after 3rd time of asking! Overall cleanliness very poor. Bathroom floor was dirty on arrival. On a positive note, we were initially given a room next to the corridor door (305) I asked reception if we could change the room as I've stayed in this room before and it is very noisy with people banging the door. The room was changed without fuss to room 307. So I did appreciate that. We travel to Paris 3-4 times a year to visit family who live in the 18th so very disappointed that this hotel has let standard's slip

The breakfast was great, but the rooms did not have a kitchenette or even a kettle. Rooms were clean and bedding was fresh.

The family room we stayed in was perfect. Breakfast was basic but fresh and plentiful. The beds were super comfortable and the blackout curtains kept the room lovely and dark. The staff on the front desk were helpful and friendly. A great little hotel perfect for a city break

On arrival we were greeted by a very friendly and helpful lady on reception. The room was comfortable and modern and welcoming for our two night stay with a very nice breakfast to look forward to on both mornings. Fresh oranges to squeeze and a boiled egg machine to use were a great addition to go with all the fresh breakfast items.

We really enjoyed our stay and found the location to be ideal for our trip. The rooms were good and the breakfast tasty. My only criticism was that the shower was a bit on the weak side but nothing serious.
