Seemed to lack of staff for house keeping service. Only two towels provided for the 2-bedroom apartment. On the first day we requested for 2 additional towels four or five times from 5pm until we got them at around 10pm. Every day we had to request for additional towels and bathroom mat. Drinking water did not get refilled. Dish washing liquid was empty. Pillows are not comfortable. Room has mild smoke smell, it is difficult when we are unable to open the window to ventilate the smell. Although the room is dated, it has ample space and clean.

The apartment was not clean. There was hair in the bathtub, and there were not enough towels. I had to call room service to request towels, slippers, and an iron. Everything was supposed to be there
