Stayed there a few days. Had a bad experience one evening. My girl friend came to meet me around 8:00 pm, we were going to go to dinner that night. I wasn't ready when she arrived so I told her to come to my room. She was stopped by security. Ok, no problem, I came down stairs to get her. I proceeded toward elevator and then was told she had to register. OK, no problem. We then proceeded toward the elevator at which point I was stopped again, (security, front desk and another) "sorry" they said. "You only paid for single occupancy room, you need to pay for the added occupancy!" Excuse me? who says she is staying the night? I was extremely upset and I am sure my girl friend was embarrassed. This was appalling! I have stayed in hotels all over the world and have never had anything like this happen and I have had plenty of guests visit me, some of which have stayed the night! Outrageous conduct! I did speak to a manager the next morning. I strongly suggest you find a more discreet way of dealing with the few extra dollars for double occupancy of the same room.

Good location and decent stay. The toiletries could be better, no bar soap provided, instead some watery liquid thingy provided in the shower. The room safe was flaky at best, it doesn't open at times. The front desk needs better training in customer care especially being attentive. Folks will cut in line and get service. This was quite frustrating.

Overall a nice stay, however I was not totally pleased like the last visit. A bulb didn't work, I requested the change but they didn't do it. Also, the cleaning lady (sad to say this) waited outside impatiently, not letting us rest properly. We know she had work to do, but she was noisy super early in the morning, stayed in the hall the whole time. One day I left the air conditioner on to have our room cold when I arrived, but it was turned off and it was really hot. Also, the floor was dirty in the whole room, with no sign of being cleaned during our whole stay. We will come back because we know those are brand new situations, we didn't have those problems until now, and we like the place despite these, but I suggest you can check this out for the next time we visit you, please. Otherwise we won't be staying there anymore.

Quiet stay, however there was a lot of unnecessary interruption with the maid. In addition, a light bulb failed in the room that, although it was reported, was never repaired.
