This is the third time I have stayed here, it is fairly close to where I do business, staff are always very helpful and friendly. The facilities are excellent and I have and will continue to recommend this accommodation to business associates and friends.

"Novotel Rooty Hill"

Will not stay with Accor anymore. I don't mind accommodation premises taking a swipe of my credit card but this lot take out $100 from the credit card and then take 5-10 days to pay it back. Reception staff, particularly Morgan, are rude and this lass actually told lies to my face and when I questioned her she still did not acknowledge her mistake. Certainly not customer friendly. My room was lovely, but no extra blanket or pillow available in the room. Water pressure was shocking - had to run around the shower head to get wet!!

"Outstanding!"

I stayed in a one bedroom apartment, it was extremely roomy, clean and the decor was fabulous! It really was a home away from home. The service provided by the staff was excellent, very fast room service both evenings of my stay and helpful staff on check-in and check-out. One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in.

"Most uncomfortable bed ever!"

"My Stay"

It is a great venue to have the hotel with the RSL in the same complex!! We didn't have to try to find somewhere to eat as it was all conveneiently located nest door. I would definetly stay here again if in the area.

"Wake Up Calls are Important!"

Restaurant was closed so I had to go into the club and find a place to eat. I subsequently misplaced my door card and when I went back t the front desk back at the Novotel to request a replacement the receptionist had an indifferent attitude, not rude but unhelpful. I requested a wake up call for approx 6.30am and never got it. I wondered if it was pay back???Its a pity as I thought the rooms were very good.RegardsPat Mulcahy0431649450

"Novotel Rooty Hill"

This is the second time I have stayed here and once again it was a very enjoyable stay. The rooms are excellent and the in house restaurant serves good food and a great buffett breakfast. The hotel is well situated next door to the RSL which is handy for those staying on business as it is somewhere to unwind after a busy day.

Nice hotel, however there is a lot of outside noise at night. Mainly from people yelling in the carpark and disturbing the general public.

"Great Family Hotel"

This place was clean. The rooms were very big. Would definately stay here again. Both the restaurant and the club next door had great food and great service.

"Overall is good !"

The room is spacious. Infrastructure are clean and new. Free parking and good place for visiting blue mountain. Bowling, Domino's nearby by walking distance and McDonald's with few minutes driving distance. Environment surrounded was good. Service was good and staff are friendly. Comfortable stay.

"Revisited"

Did stay here late 2011, on this occassion (March 2012) there was no pillow menu in the room. Bed was comfortable but the pillow was too firm. Hotel was clean, not bad value for the money.

"accor advantage plus card. riped off"

I booked to stay here at the Novotel Rooty Hill. I booked using my advantage plus card for 2 family rooms. When we arrived we were only given one family room and one normal room. My complaint is I paid extra to have 2 family rooms. This is an advantage plus issue. I would recommend the accommodation at the Novotel at Rooty hill.

"My grievance"

The hotel was very nice with a large room and good clean facilities. My only grievance was that we had originally booked for 3 nights. We realised we would arrive in Sydney a day earlier and so I phoned ahead to book an additional night with an extra person in the room for the first night. This was no problem but I was told the cost was $175 for the additional night, which I agreed to. When we got the bill we found the $175 on the bill plus $40 for the extra person. This had not been explained to me and I assumed the cost for the extra person was in the $175 charge.
