Great place to stay, although we only stayed one night the service was excellent from the moment we booked in. The rooms were very spacious & clean. I was very impressed with the complimentary breakfast in the morning, pretty much everything you could possibly want & more. overall very satisfied & would stay there again

"Place to stay while I picked up my new puppy"

I was absolutely astonished at how fantastic this hotel was. For me it seemed a long way from the city and airport and having such a great place to go to especially at the time of night when I arrived was just awesome. Apparently this hotel is close to all of the public transport but my not knowing any of this made no difference because I needed to stay somewhere close to Wilmott as I was collecting a puppy that I had purchased. So I actually wished I could have stayed longer to use all of the facilities and surroundingbuisnesses. Just great to be so pleasantly surprised. Thanks so much Novotel

"Great room"

I recently stayed here with my partner for his birthday. The room was beautiful and so big and spacious especially for the price we paid. We went downstairs to the club for dinner and drinks and throughly enjoyed both. Would definitely stay here again and have already reccommended this hotel to our friends.

We stayed at the Rooty Hill location because it is close to the Brisbane Bandits Baseball Stadium. The Bandits ran a shutle bus to the games. The rooms are large and beds comfortable. Breakfast is great. We took advantage of the family room package, and kids eat free for breakfast. Directly across from the hotel is an AMF bowling which had a holiday offer of all day bowling and laser tag, which the teens in our group took full advantage of. Would definitely stay there again

"Recent 3 day visit"

A little disappointed.TV remote not working and not repaired over 3 days.Room stocks poor, had to ask for replacement tissues, additional toilet paper, and soap.Staff excellent, very friendly and helpful.

"Novotel Rooty Hill"

This was perfect place for us, just up the road from a party we had go to. Everything was excellent. Even better value being an Accor member. My only complaint was the pillows were to hard. I'll defininately stay again when I have to return to the area.

"Fantastic Hotel, horrible mattress!"

We absolutely loved the hotel, massive rooms, great service, breakfast buffet was to die for! The only thing that let the place down was the terrible mattresses, they were old, innerspring mattresses that you'd expect in a 3-star hotel, but everything else in this place was 5-star!

"Novotel Rooty Hill you've done it again!!!"

I have stayed at the Rooty Hill Novotel before and once again it has exceeded my expectations.After a very long drive from Melbourne in the summer heat and in post Xmas traffic, we were greeted with a friendly smile and our family room ready to enjoy on the sixth floor.The room has a full size kitchenette with full sized fridge and has tea and coffee provided.The king bed in the main bedroom was heaven as was the full sized spa bath, my wife loved this!!The linen was missing for the pullout lounge for the kids but a quick call to reception saw this rectified promptly.The aicon worked perfectly all night and we woke refreshed for our onward journey to Coffs Harbour.The shower was awesome, plenty of pressure and complimentary toiletries as well.The highlight was the included full buffet breakfast for us all, included in our rate, which was absolutely fantastic, plenty of selection for us all, from juice and toast to pancakes, pastries, muffins, fresh fruit, bacon and eggs, whatever, it was all there, and plenty of it, it was all wonderful.I found once again my experience at the Novotel Rooty Hill to be 5 star, do yourselves a favour and stay there if you are out that way as it's a breeze to get to on the highway system and bypasses the inner Sydney traffic beautifully, a bonus for us.Congrats to staff and management on a great standard, I give you 5 stars again, keep up the good work.I will always stay here while visiting Sydney.
