"Average location and unusal hotel setup"

Located next to Bujeon Station which is about 6 to 7 stations from Busan KTX station. Hotel is in a building where a hospital is located below and hotel rooms above. It is also next to a wet market where sea food, local produced are sold. Interesting to walk around. There is big underground mall linking to LOTTE Mall and a food street.

"sleep in busan"

I had a sleeping problem in Busan.A little bit cold in the room even I turned on air heating system and then so dry in the room because heating wind from airconditioning machine upper my bed blew directly to my nose. I already reported to Ibis officer by email fews day later after I checked out.And Ibis officer sent emailHe thanked my opinion He will improve those situation with their engineer.Thank you for your attention

We booked the prepaid room, so the price is a bit cheap. The room is excelent and brand new. The location is good, there is subway entrance near the hotel.I do not understand why Tripadvisor reuiqres 200 characters at least. I do not see the point.

"Pleasant staz in a friendlz town."

Good location, rooms are comfortable, Access to hotel is a bit difficult unless you love climbimg stairs, Subway is close, it is easy to learn how to use it and you can get every where fast and cheap. Don^t miss the fish market, excellent food and unique experience. City tour buses are very convenient it you want to learn the city.

"Reasonable hotel."

I stayed for one night in Ibis Busan.I was looking for a hotel which is clean and reliable with reasonable prices.Of course, there are many famous hotels in Haeundae. But they charge 3~4 times.I was satisfied with my choice. I saw many Japanese tourists there.

Basically is fine except those two issues.1. I put the Eco-friendly card on the pillow that means don't have to change the bed sheet but I don't think that means don't have to make up the bed. When I came back after going out on the second day, I found that still was chaos on the bed.2. I took out two pairs of socks from my suitcase and put them on the shelf on my first night, it's because I was staying for two nights. However, I couldn't find my socks, again, when I came back after going out on the second day! Strange!

"Not worth money, Poor service"

Room was fairly clean except hairs on the bed. We reported to reception but they didn't do anything for us and were quite rude (even though they claim "We promise to take care of your problem within 15 minutes or you will be our guest"). Sofa not comfortable. Breakfast not too bad but very overpriced. Room including bathroom small and area not good for leisure travel, but we knew these things in advance. Many other motels and hotels are just as clean with a much cheaper price - won't use Ibis again.

"GOOD LOCATION, GOOD VALUE"

The hotel seems new, and the rooms are clean, albeit on the small size. But for the money, it was worth it. I would say that it is a step up from the Toyoko Inn.There is a convenience store on the ground floor that is open 24 hours. There is also a Starbucks, but it opens at 8 am???It is located on Subway Line # 1 Bujeon subway station which is very convenient.

Stayed at this hotel with my sister for 2 nights while we were in Busan. It was a nice hotel still very new with nice and bright decor. We stayed in a standard double room. The room was clean and bigger than I expected as alot of previous reviews stated that the rooms are quite small. On the other hand, the bathroom was very small but clean. The closet is also tiny so don't expect to fit alot of your clothes in there. As most people have mentioned, the WiFi internet does not always work. It worked well on the first night of our stay and after that the only time I could really get a good connection was when I exited the room and stood outside the door. The location was pretty good. You just need to cross the road when you come out of exit 3 at Bujeon station and the hotel is right there. If you are using the subway during business hours, the entrance to the underground shopping centre just outside the hotel will also take you to the subway tracks. As another reviewer has advised, its not a good idea to take the subway to or from the hotel if you have your luggage with you as there are no lifts/escalators and you will need to take several flights of stairs to get in and out of the station. It is much more convenient to take a taxi and quite inexpensive. We didn't really have time to venture out and around the area that the hotel is situated but we did not come across many dining options around the hotel. There is a Starbucks just next to the hotel.We did not often interact with the staff as the stay was very short but service was good when we required it and all the staff were nice particularly the bell boy (or man?) in the lobby who spoke reasonable English. He always got the door for us when we entered and exited and was always happy to help us out with whatever we needed. The hotel is very basic, there is no fitness center or any other extra facilities which was fine by me. We did not eat at the restaurant and therefore cannot comment about it.Pros: Clean and new rooms, located right next to the subway station, great serviceCons: Tiny bathroom, unreliable WiFi connectionOverall, I enjoyed my stay at the ibis Busan. I was happy with the room we stayed in and I would recommend the hotel to others. I would say that it was decent value for money because I look for cleanliness when staying in hotels and the ibis was very clean. Hotels in Busan are generally pretty expensive anyway.

"One Night in Busan"

We stayed there for one night. The hotel is located somewhat in the central of Busan. 10 Minutes to Busan Station by Taxi and maybe 20 Minutes by Subway. Service staff did not speak business fluent english, but communication was OK. Hotel is very clean and tidy as it is pretty new. Junior Suite size was disappointing, as we expected something bigger. Nevertheless, the price is very competitive therfeore it is OK. Breakfast variety was simple but of good quality; pricing is fair. The WLAN was not working (!).
