Short walk from both Transit Station and Train Station. A supermarket and traditional market nearby. Night market is at the next Transit Station.Room is, I think, standard type of Accor (simple and tidy). The corridor is spacious. Information counter at ground floor is helpful.

the front desk can speak in English. It is a clean and comfortable room with reasonable price. it is very close the subway and the underground shopping area, only 5 mins takes. nearby, there is a big local market and supermarket, you can buy fruit in a lower price and fresh.

ibis Ambassador Busan City Centre: 1.0 out of 5 stars "Loud! Management are swindlers!"

This hotel was so loud! The walls and doors must be made of paper and people come and go all hours of the day and night, slamming doors (housekeeping, too!). My partner became incredibly ill and we had no choice but to stay an extra night. I had booked the room at $88 US and when I had no choice but to book an extra night they had the nerve to try and charge me $132! For what?!? Tiny rooms with NO amenities and pillows that smelled like rot. Save yourself the money, frustration, and lack of sleep! You're better off staying anywhere but here!

Good room. Good breakfast. Fast wifi. Nice friendly and sincere staff. Great position, in fact you would be better staying here than at the Novotel in haeundae. Ibis delivers again! I was particularly impressed with the lady that checked us in, she really helped a lot and got us in the room very quickly. Thanks alsi to mr Nathan who runs an efficient desk.

The only one problem was that the breafast. I was prepaid for buffet breakfast and all hotel document show that"4am to 6.30am and 10am to 12 noon: hot drinks, fruit juice, pastries for our early or late risers" . I arrived restaurant at 10.00 am. and no late breakfast service and i paid 6,000 won for bad cup of coffee. When a complaint is made, no apologise or sorry from this Hotel.

I can recommend this Ibis Hotel for its central location, clean rooms, very friendly and professional staff, reasonable room rates ans spectacular views from hotel cafe/restaurant on level 17. Convenient location above the main subway line, just a few station stops to Busan Station and KTX train line to Seoul. Twin room was spacious with clean carpets , bathroom/toilet during a three night stay. Good selection of food and beverage in-house restaurant, including a varied buffet. Business centre offered Internet as well as wifi in house.

Good service with friendly staff. Rooms were a good size and amenities were sufficient. Hotel was located away from most some of the popular tourist attractions but that can be easily overcome by taking the subway or the cabs easily available near the hotel.
