I always choose Hotel de l'Opera - MGallery whenever I have a business trip in Hanoi. It's near my office, just 10 mins for walking. The room and food also excellent. I like local food menu here, not a lot 5-Star hotel could made local food delicious like this place so that's why I have all my breakfast and dinner at the hotel. Maybe too much but I'm happy with my choices.

I was very impressed with overall experience. The hotel is beautifully maintained, your food is exceptional. All heartists are really to be congratulated and praised for their excellent work. I have recommended the hotel to people, whom I know have come to stay with you. May I thanks your team of Managers, and GM - Mr. Alberto J. Lugo Vina, for all that is provided, especially warm welcome upon arrival and sparkled set up in the room. Small (comfortable) hotel walking distance to most activities in the Lake area. The room I had unfortunately faced a new night venue that seemed to open & have deep bass beats from 10pm - 3am (rooftop close by). First 2 nights was impossible to sleep, however, after a quick chat with Alberto the General Manager, I was moved to the quiet side of the building. This is not any fault of the hotel and it is working with the authorities to rectify the situation. Alberto was just fantastic & such a hands on GM - always out & about training staff and visible for guests - thank you Alberto!

Nice, clean and quiet hotel. FYI that the shower head pipe in Room 301 is leaking and you are wasting water.
