"Enjoyable Stay"

Stayed in this hotel for 5 nights in a bedroom on the 4th floor. The bedroom was very well fitted out, no frills but all the essentials and had adequate space. The bed was very comfortable and large enough. There was free WiFi throughout the hotel. The staff were very helpful regardless of our queries and there is a room to leave luggage after checkout.The loaction is approximately 2 minutes from the tube and train and there are many restaurants and Westfield Shopping Centre nearby. Highly recommended.

Nice hotel, good location near Westfield shopping centre and tube stations. Very clean and practical bedroom. The only downside was that there was no tissues in the room and the toilet rolls was of poor quality.

"Great value"

I had an excellent deal on the price paid for my overnight stop here. The hotel is quite new and the staff were eager to please, efficient, and speedy. The Ibis is near the central line tube and the bus station and was easy to find. It is also close to the huge Westfield Shopping Mall, which has lots of restaurants.I will use this hotel again if the cost continues to be good value

"Modern, well furnished, clean good value hotel"

The immediate area around the hotel is not the best but this is forgotten when you enter the contemporary lobby and speak to the very welcoming reception staff. Everyone we spoke to was polite and helpful. The room was spotlessly clean as was the pod- like en suite bathroom, although it would have been nice to have had more than one smallish bath towel each (or even a hand towel). Bed was extremely comfortable and adequate storage space for hanging etc,, Parking available at the hotel in the NCP car park which direct entry straight into the hotel. There is a reduced rate for residents.Breakfast selection was good but some of the cooked food was quite dried out and didnt look as appetising as the rest. However nice environment to sit in and great to have newspapers provided.

Missing small lamp in bathroom for night use. Noise from next room (doors, using buth room) was disturbing.I didn´t understood the item Room Supplement on my invoice. I haben´t asked on reception because I saw it at home only.
