« Nice hotel on top of the big mall »

Our stay in Mercure Banjarmasin was too short to experience all the benefits of swimming-pool, restaurant and location. The staff though is very friendly and helpfull, rooms are nice and spacious. So even a short stay is a pleasant one.

« location 1 complex with shopping mall and under contruction »

location too crowded, because access to hotel 1 complex in shopping mall, under contruction for another building, exit gate very narrow, very dangerous if get fire this location,and sound proof for room very poor,i can't sleep well.

« Not up to my expectations.... »

1. Have to call housekeeping everyday to change the towels although have put all the towels either on the floor or on the bed. The signage clearly stated, if guest would like to reuse it, please hang it . 2. realised that the housekeeping never change the bed sheets because guest need to put1 little cardbox stated"if you need to change them, pls put this card on the bed". This liitle card was put at the side table which clearly not seen by some guests. All the rooms I booked did not realise it. 3. Have booked and confirmed 2 doubles & 1 twin. Upon checkin, I was denied the twin room. FO said, no booking made for twin room. Still denied until I had to search for my email . Afte I showed it to her, the FO gave me a smoking floor when I have requested for non-smoking floor. She said, it is a take it or leave situation. I had to take the room since I was left with no choice. 4. The pickup and drop off should not be the same with the Mall. It took us almost 30mins just for the drivers to drop us off. Same goes when the drivers had to pick us up.

« Good location, comfortable room »

Location - This hotel is located at the centre of Banjarmasin, so it is very easy to get around. Also it is attached to a shopping mall (the only one in Banjarmasin) so it is easy to get food, groceries if you need them. Breakfast - They serve Indonesian breakfast as well as Intl breakfast. Wide variety of food, mostly tasty.The service to clear the plates was a bit slow, I saw empty tables with leftover plates left alone for the entire duration of my breakfast meal. So this is something they can improve on. Room - Good sized room, with all the amenities. AC was really powerful (which I liked) but some may find it too cold. Bed was nice and comfortable.

« Nice and cozy hotel at city central »

i'm enjoying my stay at Mercure Banjarmasin. The property is quite nice, specially the pool area and cafe near the pool. Room is good and clean, wifi sometimes work well sometimes not. location is perfect because my stores located at the Duta Mall, right next to the hotel

Good keep the good service, When Check in please the reception be faster. Put more people on reception, overall service all is good, keep it up, Tv channel please get more channels, Only Weekend when go to hotel it is jammed due to mall activity

« Holiday for fun here,nice Pool and direct access to mall »

i bring my wife and two kids to Banjarmasin and stayed in Mercure for holiday. During the Holiday season,it's quite full here, but they still can serve us as well. The pool is nice and my kids loved to play for hours there.Various menu breakfast with local food and taste is good. Room clean and comfort for us, and direct access to Duta Mall Banjarmasin. The only problem here is the parking lot, it's because mix with mall visitor and always full in holiday season.

This hotel is in banjarmasin shopping mall. It's easy to find what i need. Clean, nice swimming pool, big lobby. Good quality of service staff. But i didn't find map of city or hotel/ map for guiding to the way out of mall.

« Short visit »

The hotel is new and well maintained. The staff are very friendly and greet you by name. The personal touch is very welcome. I would have liked a slightly expanded selection in the food served in the restaurants.

i had stayed for 4 nights at mercure banjarmasin, overall the service was excellence, but i had little bit uncomfortable when i asked one of the employee about accor advantage plus, some of them not really know about the discounts when we use accor advantage plus

Now in 2013 I think that thisis the best hotel in town / location is good right next to mall, so your meal will be available all day. I sm stop over in BDJ so this is good for relax and take rest. room is nice except shower / you will face a problem of water splash to all over the floor.

« The worst internet connections for accor hotels group: MERCURE BANJARMASIN »

The hotel itself is relatively new; it has a grande lobby, etc.... But the only one thing that is making my rating soooooo low is that their internet connections were very very bad. I complained already but their staffs didn't do anything about it. They only said .... "Oh, it's because the internet wifi services are shared with many other guests".
