A few days ago I was staying in Pullman hotel. I was participating in a training there. I think that this hotel was the best choice for that. Everybody and everything was perfect: the stuff of the hotel, the kindness of people, the location, service, food etc. Especially I wanted to mention to people. The first person I wanted to mention is Quỳnh Nguyễn who works as a trainee in the hotel restaurant. She is perfect in her job and very kind as a person. I wanted to mention her professionality in helping the customers and also, her perfect English. The second person is Jerry (Cuong) from the hotel stuff. He is very professional in his work and very kind to every people. I am really grateful to him because his advices helped me very much and he always was trying to do his best to help me in everything. And of course, I am grateful all the hotel staff for their professionality and kindness.

It’s a great place where you can stay away from hustle and bustle of old quarter but near enough that with a grab you can reach there in 10 minutes. Good breakfast spread and a great bar. Room was specious and staff was courteous.

Not just because of the overall quality of services, zhe most important thing for me was the kindness, helpfulness and willing to co-operation in every staff member.
