"Much improved"

Having stayed at this hotel in 2012 we found that under the new banner and management, that the property was much cleaner and the room curtains had been replaced from the previously torn sheer ones that were there.I must also make special mention that the management changed our special reduced rate/ no refunds or changes booking back one day as we were trapped in Queensland floods and were unable to get to Tamworth on the day we had booked. We were not penalised in any way- thankyou to the hotel.

This is a 60's hotel that has been quite well maintained. It is very good for this standard of hotel. The room was a clean and a good size with basic amenities. The staff were friendly and gave good service.

"Tamworth stay"

We have stayed at this hotel a couple of times. The staff are friendly rooms are very clean . it is located centrallly to the shops and clubs which is a plus as you dont have to drive far.There is pleanty of parking. Being located on the main highway it was surprisingly quiet.

Our son was recently married in Tamworth and family members stayed at this hotel. At night it was a little noisy but our overall experience was very good. Having a continental breakfast included was a bonus and the location was within walking distance of the town. A problem with our booking was handled efficiently and the staff were friendly and helpful.

was ok alittle old but beds were the best to sleep on..breakfast was inclulded in the pricewe found out that we had to upgrade if we wonted the hot breakfast.advise people youhave to get in early for breakfast as when we got there at 8.30am most of the hot meals were gone....

Perfect location . Short walk to CBD. Rebecca and Kelly on reception were excellent. Courtesy bus arranged for West Leagues Club. Rooms were clean and represent the value for money spent. B& B package hit the spot.
