"great stay in Strasbourg"

I had been considering two other hotels but I am so glad I went with the Cour du Corbeau. The location cannot be beat. Just across the bridge are the canal boats andgreat cafes. Only a 5 minute walk to the Cathedral.

Super hotel - classy, discrete but super efficient service. Wonderful location, only 2 mins walk to the Cathedral. The staff couldn't do enough to help; the place was comfortable, welcoming and very hospitable. I wouldn't go anywhere else in Strasbourg.

Perfect location as near centre but away from traffic and bustle. Full price might be fictitious but hotel website has different deals depending on dates. Breakfast at EUR22 each probably not worth it; we always ate out.Old buildings have been very well modernised. Our Superior Room was good with excellent bed and very good large bathroom (powerful shower not really enclosed enough). Happy and helpful staff. Station is 8 minute taxi or 20 minute walk.

We loved our stay at the Cour du Corbeau and thoroughly recommend it. Strasbourg was hot, and it was a delight to get back to this beautiful historic property, with all modern facilities including air conditioning

We stayed here as a couple and with some friends of ours. What a great hotel! The hotel itself was beautiful, clean, wonderfully located, amazing character! We couldn't say enough good things about the hotel. The staff were lovely and helpful and very kind. The small touches were really appreciated. Can recommend highly.

This hotel is very well placed for visiting Strasbourg. Near enough to visit the main areas of interest , but set apart from the noise and hustle and bustle. The renovations have been done sympathetically, and the 'before' and 'after' photos make interesting viewing. Our bedroom was extremely quiet and we slept very well, sadly, a rarity in most hotels these days.In addition to all of the above, the levels of service that we received from all members of the hotel team were exceptional. The restaurant reservations were remarkable, taxi bookings efficient, the room was immaculate at all times, and despite a mistake on our part over the booking, we were given a fantastic room and did not have to change our booking.

We booked this hotel following Trip Advisor reviews and we were not disappointed. Recently opened so all fixtures and fittings were of a high quality, check in was trouble free and the valet parking was worth the extra cost. The location is ideal less than 10 minutes walk to the cathedral, which featured a light / music show which was amazing. Only down side was the Gourmet Experience we booked, we thought this would take the risk out of finding a good restaurant. Unfortunately a table was booked for us at Maison Kammerzal located near the cathedral, I have review the separately but suffice to say the waiters off hand attitude, poor service and average food spoiled the whole meal. I has the impression the waiter did not fully understand what we were entitled to and left us feeling like we’d booked a cheap option to save money, not the case.I would suggest the hotel review the Gourmet Experience as the quality of the package fell far short of the hotel experience. We will return to this hotel to enjoy yet another stay, but we will trust our own judgment when it comes to choosing a dinner venue.

The hotel is a ancient and beautiful building. My room was large and very well furnished. The staff is efficient and friendly. Location is excelent: just five minutes walking to the cathedral. Breakfast is good. In short the hotel deserves to be on the top of trip advisor´s list.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly helping us to make our stay absolutely easy and relaxing. We got upgraded upon arrival into suite that proved to be perfectly clean and quite cosy. We would recommend to go there again to our friends in the future.

Excellent staff, great rooms and calm atmosphere. Once more impressed by the quality of Accor's top brand staff. The Corbeau team were excellent. Hotel could do with a restaurant and the bar is very underwhelming considering the rest of the property.

The hotel is a great mix of old and new, with very elegant modern decor that complements the ancient surroundings. The location is also in walking distance to all the main tourist sites in the old town. Our only complaint was some noise from people in the street at night and from the school next door in the morning. We stayed in a classic room which was very comfortable and had a luxurious bathroom with a separate toilet. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant for lunch or evening meals, but does have a bar and salon de the, and serves a very nice buffet breakfast. There are plenty of restaurant and cafe choices nearby.

Great location near it all, perfect for walking and seeing the sites. Would definitely stay again. The history of the place was amazing and the staff were very friendly and helpful. A bit hard to find the first time going, but that is a good thing for its charm and quiet location off of Corbeau Plaze!

Very nice room, nice mix between modern and (not real) antiques. Large bathroom, good shower and separate toilet. We enjoyed the breakfast, with a wide selection of tea, very good coffee and fresh fruit. Desk staff was very helpful and friendly, and helping out with recommending and booking restaurant tables. In short, quite perfect, except for one bit, which was annoying indeed. Not only does the hotel charge for Wi-Fi, you can also only buy it for either 24 or longer intervalls, not the time you're actually using it. But what's worse, you have to pay individual subscriptions for every single device you carry. In times of smartphones, laptops and tablets that can become costly indeed, especially if more than one person is staying in the same room.

The Cour Du Corbeau is a well-designed boutique hotel, very well located just across the river from Strasbourg's walking area. Our room was much bigger than were expected, and had a lovely big bathroom. The decor was tasteful, the staff were very friendly and helpful. I will recommend this hotel to all my friends and colleagues.

Stayed here between Christmas and New Year with my partner. The Hotel has been beautifully renovated and is in a perfect location about 2 mins walk from the Cathedral. The rooms are spotless and the sheets crisp, white and cosy. The service could not be faulted. The staff were professional, helpful, friendly and efficient. I honestly cannot think of a negative drawback of this hotel but for those who think nothing is ever perfect a slight drawback was no tea/coffee facility in the room. Didn't sample the breakfast which seemed a bit overpriced but the24 hour room service menu was mouth watering.Thank you Cour Du Corbeau for a most wonderful hotel stay making our Strasbourg experience unforgettable. We want to return and would definitely recommend this hotel to all.
