We are member a-club and spent our free 1 hotel night at Pullman Pattaya , which at first we take a look and thinking is good hotel and sml to Sofitel which we often stay . and the outcome of bad feeling . first the room was un-clean. and no welcome fruit platter as other 5 stars hotel. the fitness is nonsence . no aircont. no equiptment and staff. and thelast bad thing . is the quality of food at beach club restaurant. so poor arrangement for the moring buffet breakfast and evening dinning. staff at there talkative and make a louse noise during our meal. We are thinking not return to stay again any morewith this hotel bland.

Generally it was a very pleasant stay however you are a long way from Pattaya Central and taxi's are a rip off.The hotel staff were helpful and always smiling, one area of improvement is the Cabana's, they cost 2k baht for the day with 1k baht of food and drink included in that price however the staff do not Police the use of the Cabana's so whilst you honestly pay for yours very frequently others are used free of charge, plus ignorant people position themselves on deck chairs just about inside your beach Cabana and the staff will not do anything about it.

The worst Pullman Hotel service I ever stay till today, especially the front desk staff, they really want to cheat you until we call the manager then he solved the problem, it took 40 minutes for check in. thanks.

At large the hotel is good. The room is nice with the beach view. When the wifi was not working the technician came right away. The spa was also good. The only thing i was disappointed was the buffet. Not enough variation. All we could eat was salad n the dessert. The dessert wasnt tasty. We just got main dish only once. This was not buffet. Moreover you charged for the water. Very ridiculous!

Enjoyed our stay at the Pullman though dont think much of Pattaya.The rooms were good and the restaurnt and bar area enjoyable. Outside space was limited and there were not enough sunbed around the attractive pools. On the day we left we had breakfast at 7am - every sunbed had a towell on it at even that god foresaken hour. The beach was ok but like the rest of Pattaya very busy. Location was ok - at the quiter end of the beach but as we were only there for 2 days we didnt have much time to explore the surrounding area. I would recommend the hotel but dissuade people from visiting this tacky part of Thailand. Benidorm in Asia is a fair discription.

Pullman is very compact hotel which ensures personalised service being provided to any guest. The 2 pools are great, nice beach, cabana's are excellent, the sunset lounge is amazing experience and so are certain staff like Joe who take exceptional care of your needs. Very friendly staff. We stayed in a Junior Suite and it was a very comfortable stay, since we had our daughter also with us.Certain points of improvement - (1) The cloth sunbeds on the beach need to be changed for better sunbeds as there are very few around the pools and they get blocked by the European guests by 6:30 am (horrendous time on a beach holiday) with towels and books - no one is around on them till 9 am!!(2) The Pullman shuttle which goes to the Pattaya city has a frequency of once every hour, and only 12 people can go at one time. Even this gets blocked well in advance. The frequency should get revised to maybe 3 times every hour, especially 5 pm onwards when more number of guests wish to go into town.

Overall I had a pleasant stay the only negative was that the entire hotel has only 2 elevators which can mean a long wait especially during the breakfast peak. The room was clean and the pool was great. I loved the sunset lounge and thought the happy hour was great but perhaps instead of only 1 hr it could be extended by another 30mins. The location is ideal if you want to be away from the noise of central. Some of the younger staff have limited English but great smiles and service attitudes.

The speed and quality of guests services need some improvement. Waiter/waitress who doesn't look too interested or doesn't understand English properly (the Thai staff in particular). Requested for a baby cot to be prepared in the room way in advance but still have to wait for 2 hours (despite calling and approaching the staff in person). Expected better from Pullman. This was my second stay there cause I just thought the first bad experience was a one time off - it was not to be.

Pullman Pattaya Hotel G: 4.0 out of 5 stars "Almost perfect except noisy party at the pool"

I recommend you try tiger pawn grill and Saturday buffet dinner. Spa at the hotel is great too.However the hotel arrange a night party at pool. It's very late at night, I still heard the music from the party in my room on the 7th floor. If you don’t like the party, I recommend you check at the hotel for party date first.

Good services in general, people in reception are very nice. We enjoyed the nice food in hotel's restautant. But the hotel seems small and lack of commerce facilities in the around areas. So, more guidance for guests and shuttle bus services would be appreciated. Any way, we had no regret in staying with this hotel.
