Good location with the beach. Conveniet for family with kids. Newly renkvated room is very nice. A bit sad with only 1 restaurant in the whole property.

Overexpectation for a Pullman

I booked Pullman with high expectation. In Indonesia, every Pullman hotel is consistently delivering high standard service and room quality. But that's not the case in Pattaya. When I entered the twin deluxe room (I requested room upgrade to Executive as part of Accor Plus benefit but not fulfilled), I was shocked. This is like Ibis, not even Mercure/Novotel quality. Even our luggage hadn't been delivered after half an hour. I directly asked for a cancellation and planning to move to nearest Marriott chain hotel. The guest officer suddenly offered me a free room upgrade, a renovated Family Room with king and bunk beds. This made us stay, enjoyed the welcome drinks on the Beach Club, the festivity of last day of Songkran festival, and had a nice breakfast and enjoyed kids facilities on the following day.

Rooms are very poorly maintained and not up to a 5-star experience. Talking about the bathroom for example with the sink door hanging loosely. Too many kids ruining the experience, you have two nice pools, why not making one of them adult only as it is done in other resorts like Avista Hideaway in Phuket. would definitely improve the experience from a camping mood to luxury resort.
