Need I say more. Obviously yes, because I have to write 100 characters. I awoke being bitten by blood-filled bed bugs and was unable to properly get back to sleep for the remainder of the night. I have never in my life experienced such a thing. Although we paid $125 for the room overnight, I expected that a hotel endorsed by Accor would be of an acceptable standard. Also, the TV remote did not work.
"Great staff and great value"

All the staff are very welcoming and at all times very helpful. The room was clean and had big fluffy towels. The balcony enabled us not to feel hemmed in with 4 adults in the 2 bedroom family room. Free wifi worked and the barbeque area was an ideal place for dinner - which the staff happily provided plates ,cutlery and condiments and even lit the barbeque for us. I would recommend this hotel!
"First time in Cairns"

Reasonable accommodation, good food and service, central location. But compared to our accommodation at Port Douglas and Trinty Beach it was not really good value. That might be a Cairns verses or the other areas, as a number of friends who have previously stayed at Cairns have made similar comments.

There are a few things I was not happy with:1. the bed sheets in the room are not clean. There are some chocolate and blood stains on two of the sheets. 2. On my itinerary, it mentioned there is 2 breakfast included, but when I went to the restaurant, the staff said there is no record for that. I have shown the paper work to the reception and she said because it is my complimentary night of stay, there is no breakfast included. I cannot understand if the breakfast is not included, why they have to be listed on the itinerary. It caused the delay of our trip planned on that day and we have to go on without eating breakfast! 3. When I was making the booking, the pictures of the room on the website is apparently much nicer that the actual room. I feel I am being deceived. Overall, the service from the reception is good, but the rest is just a disappointment. I am definitely will NOT recommend this hotel to my friends and definitely not going to stay in this hotel again.Unhappy customer,Rikke

The service i recieved at All Seasons was greatThe room was clean and organised, The location being in the middle of cairns was really good and in walking distance of the esplanade. the amenities were also very good.what i liked the most was the location and affordable price. also there was not a lot of background noise e.g. cars ect.

My wife and I stayed in this hotel for one night. Great hotel & service. Room was clean and quiet. Hotel is close to the centre of town. It is situated an easy walk to the water, station, shops etc. Recommended.

Can't really comment on value as it was my complimentary membership, but I had to fill it in to proceed. I found the staff friendly and helpful at all times, the location was handy to city and esplanade, restaurant had good food and service, reasonable prices. What else can I say, I would recommend it, and No, I am not a friend of the Manager!!!

We were very disappointed with this accommodation. It was like a BAD motel and we could not believe it was a part of Accor. Amenities – we stayed there for 9 days in total. After about 3 days, we ran out of shampoo, conditioner and soap which were all in dispensers, and no tissues. I contacted the reception asking them to refill them the next day. We had a rude and angry housekeeping lady knocking the door in the morning…..AUSTAR did not work for the first 3 days. Reception - there were two nice ladies but others were unprofessional and unfriendly. There were often several guests waiting while one staff was dealing at the counter and others are just doing whatever in the office…I understand that it wasn’t HYATT or HILTON but it was just poor service. Dinner – The waitress kept asking us whether we were going to have dessert while we were having our main. We were the only guests at the restaurant so I guess they wanted to close it asap…. So we felt being rushed. We booked this place as some rooms had a little kitchen which we thought it was going to be handy when travelling with a child. We wish that we picked a different place!!NOT RECOMMENDED.View management response »

I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies.I apologise that the amenities in your room were not kept full to the standard we expect here at the hotel. I have alerted the housekeeping supervisor to these issues and for their to be a meeting held addressing staffing quality of service and behaviour. I am aware that over the period that you stayed with us we were getting our AUSTAR boxes fixed and replaced and that this did cause some inconveniece. We did still have all our digital channels up and running so that not too much inconvenience was caused.Any kind of attitude from our staff here at the hotel that caused you to feel unwelcome or rushed is of course unacceptable. I have brought these comments to the attention of the reception and dinner staff and reminded them that excellent customer service is always expected, and to make the guest feel as welcome and comfortable as possible. We do have rooms that offer a kitchenette in them but not a kitchen, meaning it has a microwave for cooking but no actual stove top. I apologise if any misunderstandings in regards to the rooms amenities was an issue. "One of the worst hotels I have been in"

Being greeted by a girl chewing gum, no parking on site and a tired and old hotel meant that I very nearly checked out on arrival . The only reason I stayed was because it was for 1 night whilst waiting to fly out of Cairns. The room had very poor lighting for a business traveller, no mini bar, and a fridge that was so loud I had to turn it off to sleep . All in all a place I will never go back to and am thinking of cancelling my ACCOR membership...I was shocked that they kept such a hotel.View management response »

This Hotel is very central to all that is Cairns. Food is very good and the staff is very attentive to your needs. This a long with the cost of the room all adds up to a good value and pleasant stay.View management response »

"One night only"

Have stayed at this hotel before and was happy both times. there was a problem with the aircon in our room and the manager found us another room. Breakfast could be better - aimed at asian tastes - seaweed and rice soup as well as toast, muffins etc. Not a bad breakfast but could do with some sliced cheeses and meats.
