"good location"

Location of the hotel is good and there was ample private parking space. The overall design of the rooms / bathrooms is good too, however there were no tea / coffee facilities in the room. Also, although the sheets / towels were very clean, the actual room / bathroom was not too clean !
"Excellent value hotel spoiled by lack of service"

This hotel is well appointed and clean, with exceptionally comfortable beds. Service, though, is a real problem. We had drinks at the bar and struggled to find someone to serve us. Breakfast the next morning was a real challenge. This was a buffet. There was no-one there to meet and greet, so we sat and helped ourselves. The coffee was cold (probably not plugged in, because the milk was hot). We had to go to reception to ask for hot coffee. When someone was sent over, I intended to let them know that the hot food needing replacing, but she was very surly and disappeared before I had a chance to say anything. The only hot food left were some cold boiled eggs and miserable looking sausages.Will I go back to this hotel? – Yes, but only because of comfort, wifi and great value for money.
