The rooms was nice and clean; however, I choose the one bed which made the room sought o f small.

I enjoyed my stay at Mercure Hotel Yokosuka. One area of improvement that would be good for a business traveler, would be to add wireless internet connectivity in each room, as the current method of internet connectivity by cable attached behind the television is inconvenient. The second area of improvement that would be good to have at Mercure Hotel Yokosuka, is availability of room service dining. As a business traveler, many times I do not want to go out of my room to eat at a restaurant, and would choose to dine in my room.

Check into the hotel late at night with extremely small room. The air condition was broken, called the front desk and waited almost an hour for reply. The front desk replied that the technician on duty was still busy and need to wait until 1AM for the technician to come by for inspection. Waited all night, the technician never show up! Ask about this matter the next morning but the clerk said there is no note regarding this issue.
