Very confusing access and no parking is a big problem. There was a lobby full of people when I checked in but very lovely receptionist and super comfortable bed and vert clean room. My main drawback was the long walk in the rain to get back to the hotel from the car park. Otherwise, an excellent stay.

Stayed here for location. Small rooms and beds, but it works for one night before flying.

The location was amazing - it's just across the road from the International terminal. The room was very quiet, clean and had a great view. We were good dinning options available. The staff were warm, friendly & efficient.

Nice clean room, handy to the airport. It's a pity that my experience with the room service meal was cold fish and chips accompained by a wilted salad and a semi-surly staff member delivering that meal

Our connecting flight was cancelled in the early evening until the next day. The staff at Novotel Auckland accommodated us easily. They even had a roll away bed in our room within 5 minutes. Cannot thank them enough for all their help after a long interrupted day of travel
