"Probably a perfect hotel 1 year from now"

Newly opened hotel and first impression is very nice. But all the facilities they tell about is not ready yet, so for a 5 night stay as I had this was boring. No fitenss room, no SPA (only Sauna, which dont interests me), almost no other guests - I had dinner almost alone two nights. I got a nice upgrade to a very nice looking room, but as the weather was cold outside and the heating did not work, the room was very cold to be in the first two nights. The service is good, but sometimes to good - As when they call the room 23.30 and ask if they should pick up the tray from the room service. The knowledge of English can also improve. NB! If you have stayed in Changan and want to try a new hotel - please note that this is not Changan. City centre is almost 30 minutes by Taxi. I wont stay here on my next trip, but probably a year from now the hotel will be perfect.
