Disappointing Stay

sid0793 Couples - TripAdvisor review

The hotel is a big no due to following reasons: 1) Non friendly staff 2) Very small rooms with lack of maintenance 3) No IRD facilities 4) No restaurant facility post lunch hours 5) Non helpful staff I stayed here for one night and I was shocked to see the level of service. As I come from a hospitality background I understand the kind of service they should offer but this was simply below the standards Apart from the above points, I asked them to help me with a knife so that I could cut some fruits, they denied saying they do it have it I asked for a bottle opener, it was also denied The staff members are very casual in their approach

Suggest you provide a water jug in the room for fetching water from water dispenser instead of using tea kettle to fetch the water

Location not good. Says Novena, but not in Novena. Old hotel, not maintained as expected.
