"Valuable Hotel"

This Hotel is generally good except the location. A bit far from the stations and not much around. All others are valuables and will recommend to stay here. If there will have shuffle bus to / from the city centre or stations, would be much better.

"Great budget hotel."

I booked the room 30 days in advance to get the 30% discount. The rate is reasonable considering the rates other hotels are charging in Singapore. They also provide free shuttle to Orchard Road or nearest MRT station which is awesome. Staffs are friendly. The only thing that takes away from me rating the hotel as 100% is its ability to accommodate my need to change the date for my reserved dates. I was staying for 4 nights and asking if I could change one of the nights to a later date but still keeping the 3 nights as the original reservation due to flight change. They were not able to accommodate that change saying it was a restricted reservation that could not be changed. It is an acceptable reason; however, I was hoping they could make this as an exception since I was staying for more than 2 nights. Other than that, I only have good words for this hotel.

"Nice and clean, great service (but small rooms)"

I had a great two weeks at the Ibis. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms are quite small, but enough for shorter visits. The restaurant has a good breakfast and an ok dinner menu. I got a great rate for the first two weeks but moved on when my initial booking was done and the rate went back to normal. There is at least one other hotel nearby that is newer and cheaper (for now) with larger rooms.

"Value for money"

Ibis is a no nonsense hotel - very practical, swift and efficient with quick check ins and check outs. Very accommodating staff. The hotel doesn't offer room service but has a restaurant located on the ground floor. Its perfect for a business traveller with 24 hour internet access and even for small families.

"Ibis Novena Singapore"

Enjoyed our stay at the Novena Ibis. Staff very helpful and room comfortable & clean. Wi-fi very useful and breakfast offered good choice. Can recommend. Location not central but MRT 5/10 minute walk away, which gives access to all parts of the City. Overall, excellent value for money.

we have stayed at dozens of accor hotels throughout the world, and have never had any problems, but at this hotel my daughter arrived with here two daughters by taxi, with a large amount of luggage and no one at the hotel attempted to help then, rather they stood by and watched them struggle, very dissapointing after so many good stays at other accor hotels, will not use this one again

"Stay for a night"

Good and new hotel but a little bit far from MRT.Shopping Centre and MRT is 10mins away from the Hotel. Breakfast is OK but not too much choice. Room is bit small but enough for stay a night or two. Service is OK during my stay but the price posted in front of the Hotel is S228+Tax is higher than expected.
