Cozy room and tidy its very good experience for my family...sometime i will staycation again. I hope this hotel will be the best hotel at balikpapan and have number one leading hotel. More have variation menu for breakfast and available snack

Ibis and Novotel Balikpapan is my favourite Hotel of course, because I'm Platinum member in Accor. I often stay at these two hotels. The last time I stayed at Ibis was a few months ago, I was very disappointed because the water for bathinh was yellow, and then I went to confirm at reception, there was no response on the room telephone, so I had to call using my personal cellphone to the Ibis Hotel number, and was told there was maintenance going on water tank and this is done in the morning which of course will be a lot of people using the water for bathing. And on the 12th February a few days ago, I tried to stay again at the Ibis Hotel because I thought there must have been a change, it turned out that the water condition was quite good, but the pillows provided had a very stronh smell like they hadnt been washed for several weeks. This is very unfortunate thing becausebthe Accor hotel group is supposed to have the best quality in its class, but I didnt feel that at Ibis Balikpapan.

No toilet In lobby area...... its important for the occupants and also for resto visitor. It would be nice if there's at least one toilet in the lobby and resto area. Parking space also need improvement. Food is nice and but need more variation.
