I have checked in on 14th April night 11:55 PM and clearly mentioned checked out date and time will be on 18th April 8:00PM. I informed them to charge accordingly but on 18th morning 11:30Am hotel informed me vacate by 12 pm (I was in office ) or Max by 2pm otherwise have to pay extra What they were doing when I informed 2. During check in they misplaced by baggage and given to different guest almost waited 65mins in midnight (1:10AM) horrible experience. 3. During check in receptionist breakfast would be chargeable unfortunately during checkout other guy told breakfast included . They charged 10500 + 18% GST per day means 49520 rupees for 3.5 days
