Location and comfort were great, also very good breakfast. Staff was friendly, however, despite assuring that the preauthorized payment will be unblocked right after check out, the hotel is still blocking 100 euro more than a week after our stay.

Great location. Friendly staff. Service at Bar on Friday evening not up to standard for a 4 star Hotel. Great bed clean room but room was very warm. The hotel has it charms and will return.

Close to train station and tram

Even though far from downtown, the tram stops right in front and you can walk to the train station. In all, it was a clean hotel. Will state there again when I am in Bordeaux.
