Location very good, we took train next door, Rhône express right across street. Breakfast is very good, good quality , well presented . Staff friendly

Only issue to report is room was extremely warm and stuffy. Room temperature could not be reduced with air conditioning as it was not apparently active. Some relief by opening window but noise from adjacent train terminal was bothersome. Colleagues staying here reported the same issue.

Whilst the hotel is well situated and well decorated the air conditioning wasn't working. The rooms were impossibly warm and the air conditioning controls were ineffective.
