"Nice hotel"

I traveled with my husband, 9 month old baby and my parents and we had two nights in the Pullman after a cruise. I travel a lot for work so have a lot of expectations for the little things and the Pullman delivered. First of all the staff was wonderful - with a baby we have many demands and they were helpful with everything we required. Even the baby cot was a nice touch as it was a real bed with proper linen for a baby that is not always provided. The bathroom had all necessary amenities and was perfectly equipped for female needs. There was unlimited free water, free internet and a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was good with a lot of choices and we also had dinner and drinks in the lounge one evening and that was pretty good value for money. The two pools looked nice - too cold to get in (eventhough one is heated) but we enjoyed the roof terrace which has a great ocean view. The location was perfect for us as we have been to Barcelona many times and preferred being by the beach where you can do some lovely walks with a stroller. Getting into mid-town however was not a problem - many options with the local busses or walking 20 minutes. We will definitely stay here again whether for business or pleasure.

This is the second time I have stayed at The Pullman In Barcelona and I was not disappointed I chose it again. The service is exceptional, has a terrific buffet breakfast and bar. The rooms are incredibly comfortable, serene and luxurious room. (we stayed on the right hand sied of the hotel facing the water) It is right on the beach so you can stroll into town or to the restaurants, casino and bars nearby. The view from the rooftop pool area is spectacular and its a great area to relax and enjoy the sun. I would not hesitate to stay here is you want to enjoy all the spoils Barcelona has to offer.

Staff were friendly and helpful from start to finish of our stay. Situated in an Excellant location which enjoys the best of everything Barcelona has to offer, even if you aren't a walker, there's lots of public transport close by. We had a delux room which had it's own terrace over looking the complex and sea, and the room room was spacious and airy with everything we needed. Would definately stay there again if we visit Barcelona again.

We've stayed in Pullman Barcelona Skipper Hotel in April 2012 for two nights.We've really enjoyed it. The Hotel is really nice (great architecture), rooms comfortable and quiet.It's great to be close to the beach although the Hotel is also well equipped for making the most of the sun (two swimming pools including one on the roof top).An other advantage is that you get a metro station on the other side of the street allowing you to reach any city area in few minutes. Just a trick: avoid rooms on the street side, they are apparently less quiet.

The staff at this hotel did a fantastic job! I arrived very early at the hotel, yet they made every effort to prepare my room promptly and had it ready in short order. Every time I had a question or request they attended to it promptly and completely. They offered excellent advice on transportation, where I could find things when shops were typically closed, which sights were worth the time, and so on.The rooms are modern and uncluttered, and were spotless. The breakfast buffet was quick and the selection outstanding. It was not only the people at the front desk that provided excellent service, but also the staff in the restaurant. The moment I finished with my plate of food and start getting ready to return, someone was there to take away the dirty dish and replace a napkin. They were pros.The hotel is less than 5 minute's walk from the nearest Metro stop, making it easy to get around the city. There is also a bus stop right alongside the hotel, if that is more your style. Being right next to the beach, a nice stroll is easy to do as well.I highly recommend this hotel, and won't think twice about staying there again the next time I visit Barcelona.

We stayed for four nights and are very happy with our choice. The room was perfect and even inspite the fact that we booked a standard room when asked for we were given a room with a sea view. The hotel personel was very friendly and helpfull. Next time I definitely will choose this hotel again.

I am a platinum Accor member and was on honeymoon, we got a lovely upgrade to a luxury room, corner room no balcony, fabulous bathroom big Jacuzzi, nice modern decor, massive comfy king size bed, great linen. We wanted a high floor for afternoon sun but those rooms were booked.Delays with check in, room issue but the staff offered us a round of drinks at bar.One of the young bar staff had an appalling attitude, and manner-she was grumpy and this was a shame as all the other staff were great! Handy to the beach, and short walk to supermarket and some shops. Hop on/off bus stops up the road-a great thing to do.Watch out for gypsies , and conmen, keep to yourself, and stay street smart especially after hours-side streets etc

Modern hotel with no atmospere, good rooms, very clean almost steril enviroment, very expensive breakfast that do not give u value for money, poor coise of bread and no variations durin my stay of 4 days. Good situated at port, close to beach and not to far from citycenter, receptionstaff nice and helpfull, rest of staff just ok, nothing extra almost robotlike. Expenive hotel that should not have 5 stars, should be 4 .

Nice hotel, rich breakfast with cava, walking distance to beach & Barceloneta restaraunts, take sea view - worth it. Taxi to the center up to ten euros, to the airport - 25 euros.Beach towels for free in the hotel, suites have got jacuzzi & Nescafe machine

This is my favourite hotel in Barcelona and have returned there many times. It is not the cheapest hotel but a lovely hotel, the staff are friendly and the the service is very good. It is in a great location by the beach and the marina with good public transport on your doorstep. Great restaurants and bars close by too.

i usually stay in this hotel whenever I have to flythrough Barcelona early morning next day. It is on a walking distance from the casino, the puerto olympico, and some night places to go out. Service and food are great, and cleanliness is amazing....
