The employeers where not helpful or gentle. Only two people where working, one at the reception and one at the bar / restaurant. They abandoned there place and I could hear them lafting in the kitchen while I was waiting to be attended.Few personel in the staff at night.No room service.

If you are looking for a simple stay please rest in peace that the Ibis Hotel is the place to stay. This hotel is very clean. You get fresh towels every day and if you want you can pay 13.000 pesos for a breakfast/buffet. I definitively recommend to go to Archies to have a better breakfast. There is no service room and/or bar in the room which I think is even better for your pocket. These commodities are uneccessary and expensive sometimes. You can go to the OXXO bodega across the street and get water and soda for a better price mLocation wise is a perfect spot to explore candelaria and Rosales since the 7th avenue is around the corner. You can walk to the gold museum and old churches. I definitely recommend the restaurant "Leo cava y cocina" which is located behind the hotel.

Very good location and service. 15 min walking distance to the old city center in a pleasant and safe neighborhood - Botero & Moneda museum, are free to visit and worths it. Museo del Oro is also close by.
"Great deal in Bogota"

Very good choice for a stay in Bogota; rooms are comfortable, with nice views from the top floors;Only downside is, that if you need to use hotel facilities to access internet, you are required to purchase access card. Everywhere else this service is free of charge;

Ibis Bogota Museo was well located for us. Easy access to La Candaleria, where many of the main tourist sites are found. Being in the Centro Internacional, it is also convenient to the National Museum, the bull ring, and the neighborhood of La Macarena. The hotel was clean, service was excellent, and the price was competitive. As you'll find throughout Bogota, it can be a challenge if you don't speak Spanish, or your Spanish is limited, as the staff at the front desk and the restaurant speak practically no English. Breakfast is a bit expensive, but there is a good pastry shop, Santa Elena, across the street that is good and inexpensive, and that is where I went each morning. While we usually walked to all the main tourist sites, there are always taxis at the hotel that were inexpensive to use. Overall, my experience was very good and I would stay there again.
