bad smell in the toilet, poor cleaning, uncomfortable bed, water in the shower does not drain

Good location, spacious rooms, but the water is not regulated properly. As it might be 38 degrees at maximum and if you want hot shower - it’s not possible. Also no low weight dumbbells in the fitness room.

Overall impression of the stay is ok. The service was great, breakfast is very good, but the room is a subject for improvement - the bed and pillows were awful, we woke up as we were beaten. There was no air in the room, AC didn’t work, when we opened the window, we heard high noice of internal hotel equipment (had no idea what was it). Another time we will definitely prefer another hotel to stay in Tyumen.
