Stayed several times on business as it’s cheap and clean. Platinum member, booked an extra night but they would not give me my drinks voucher even though Accor messaged them as it’s was 2 bookings and instructed them. Not that I wanted the voucher as I don’t use, it’s the principle. So they upset a customer for the sake $1

Stayed here a number of times as it’s cheap and clean. I’m a platinum Accor member so I’m entitled to perks like free breakfast, welcome drink etc. I booked 2 nights and got my welcome drink. Made a separate booking for an extra night on the Accor App. The management refused to give me another welcome drink even though I was entitled and Accor called the hotel to give me a voucher. I don’t drink so never use the vouchers, but it’s the principle. They upset a loyal customer for maybe 100 baht. Awful management and a receptionist “Dream” so rude.

We regret to read that you feel upset about the welcome drink regulation As a matter of principle I will refer to the member rules and regulations benefit: “Enjoy one complimentary welcome drink per stay. Any consecutive stays (check out and check in on the same day) in the same hotel will be considered as one stay” If you make one booking of 3 nights stay; 3 bookings of 1 nights stay or 2 bookings as it is in this case.
