« Good Location, great facilities »

Great Location, has connecting door to Tangerang City Mall, but still very private. avoid room facing Jalan Sudirman Area, you will disturbed by the noises. Hotel management should thinking of making it double glass in every room facing main street :) The Room is clean and spacious, but management should take more attention to cleanliness standard of the whole hotel. The Aircon of the hallway was off when I arrived, can smell of damp air or carpets. overall it's nice hotel and still have much room for improvement.

« Terrible hotel.... Poor guest service, even towards Platinum member... Will never return ever again!!! »

Stayed 3D2N in executive room. Check-in was terrible. Showed staff my platinum card and he insisted that I queued up in lobby check-in counter. Refused to allow me to check in at executive lounge. Waited for 10 minutes in queue. Check-in process was extremely slow (took >10 minutes), and staff did not mention essential details about hotel. Room generally comfortable and clean. Shocked that no bathtub in executive room. Shortly after I checked in, loud water flushing was heard in my room. Sought assistance at executive lounge and staff came to my room. She noted the loud noise and informed the manager. I asked for room change, but she could not do so. She had to ask the manager. It took a ridiculous 20 minutes before the manager called me in my room. Even then, he refused to provide me with a similar room immediately and told me to wait for 45 mins!!! He did not even come to my room to apologise. Really terrible. I was very disappointed and decided to go out of hotel. Told him that he must give me a new room when I return. When I returned, I went to executive lounge and staff had to call the lobby staff to get the supervisor to come upstairs. Unable to issue me the new room card. Extremely irritated to wait again. The supervisor had the cheek to take me to a room with dirty plates outside the door. This was absolutely ridiculous. He claimed that the room was ready and checked by manager. So this was the quality standard of the manager. The new room was okay, except air con vent produced a soft humming sound when it was switched on. I was too tired to ask for another room change. The manager offered me airport transfer upon my check-out as service recovery. Totally unimpressed by the way he did it. I asked to speak to hotel GM, but he refused my request. First time that a platinum member was rejected of the request to communicate with hotel GM. Day 2. Housekeeping staff took away my room key (inserted on switch panel in my room). I went to executive lounge to inform the staff. She was unsure what to do. I had to tell her to give me a card (basically any card) to slot into the switch panel. She did not follow up. Spa service was way below average, and the therapist repeatedly offered "extra service" at the end of the session. Ridiculous!!! For check-out, executive lounge told me to go to lobby to do so. Extremely ridiculous that they cannot do check out. Will want the hotel GM to contact me and refund me 100% for my terrible hotel stay!!!!
