the bed was good, but bathroom dirty and towels old and worn. Breakfast was disappointing and (instant) coffee horrible. Staff hardly speaks English and when checking out the guy at the front desk refused to call a taxi for us. He suggested we would walk to the main road (in the rain) and get a taxi ourselves. Even though taxi drivers don't speak English and we don't speak Chinese...After having paid the bill for our stay, he was reluctant to give us a copy of the bill and when we finally got one it had no Ibis letterhead or any hotel information on it at all. The location is remote, there is nothing to do in the evening, nearby are just 2 restaurants that are acceptable, otherwise there is just nothing.

small room but very clean. near the mcD. as a muslim can get a hot drink and fries from here. another one halal restaurent but not to delicious. also have a small mall near the hotel. easy to get the taxi. but at night quite noisy, can hear the vehicles sound from the nearby road..the hotel also provided the free wifi at lobby. the staff very helpfull. they call the taxi for us to go to airport.

This Ibis hotel is almost downtown. It's about 30ms from the airport and one good thing for new travellers into China is, they have a 24hr MacDonalds right outside to supplement your eating habits. I had a problem right inside the elevator. There were smells of smoking everywhere but the rooms were cleaned and comfortable.

The service was terrible, the breakfast facility was poor and food was always running out, no advantage plus card discount was available which was the reason why i selected this hotel. The staff seemed incompetent and did not understand English, their commitment to service was very unprofessional.The bed was so hard i could not sleep, the room was dark and resembled a crew cabin on a cruise ship. Only paper cups provided in the room which were never replenished by house keeping.Very disappointing for an Accor hotel and as an Advantage Plus member i was most upset during this stay

It was my first time for ibis hotel in China and it was too difficult to find the hotel.Besides that the TV was not working and I couldn't watch any channel.The next day I was checking out, there was a big argument with a guest and check-out counter staff for some disputes but due to abscence of the hotel manager in charge,it was not resolved for a long time giving unpleasant to other guests.

Stayed only 2 nights..was satisfied with most things except that there was no breakfast buffé, I think because of low occupancy...we were told to get breakfast at McDonald's next door...the location was quite good with shopping centres nearby.The staff was very friendly and helpful..I would use this hotel again anyway..
